Arrive 30 minutes early — time to use the restroom and gear up, then start your lesson relaxed.
Lesson prices don't include the Big SNOW slope-access pass or rentals — purchase those separately. BSA offers discounted tickets with or without rental: buy them online, or ask the BSA assistant on WeChat.
How do I find my coach? Once you reach the slope, gather near the Locker Room — your coach will be waiting there for everyone.
Do you teach in Chinese? Yes — coaches can teach in English or Chinese (中文); just note your preference when you book. Questions before booking? Message us on WeChat (ID: bsa2030).
How does the lesson pack work? Buying the 12-hour pack books your first lesson at the same time; afterwards, book any private lesson (2 / 3 / 4 h) with the same email you used at purchase — hours deduct automatically, your balance shows as you book, and cancelled lessons return their hours.
